As campaigns increasingly rely on voter databases to focus their campaign efforts, there is a growing class of missing or “unlisted” voters that campaigns and the resulting elected officials often ignore. William Isaac is a talented graduate student at Michigan State University exploring how we can get those unlisted on the list, so that we can have a more inclusive and representative electorate.
